After 3 years of bringing her own special kind of magick to CasaShanti on Trade, Nikki is working her last regular shift with us this Sunday! 🖤

Nikki has truly become such a magical part of the energy here. She has brought wisdom, laughter, creativity, insight, and of course plenty of witchery into these walls over the years. So many of you have gotten to know and love her, whether it was behind the counter, through one of her classes, an Aura Photo session, or simply one of those conversations that somehow turned into exactly the conversation you needed that day.

Nikki is stepping into a new chapter, spending more time closer to home and family and returning to another one of her creative gifts, the art of hair. ✂️✨ You can follow along with her journey over at Nikki Kelly.

And thankfully, this isn’t really goodbye. Nikki won’t be a stranger to CasaShanti. We’ll keep you updated on her monthly classes, and you may still find her popping in from time to time for her insightful Aura Photo sessions and other bits of magick.

Nikki, we are so proud of you and so grateful for everything you’ve brought to CasaShanti over these last 3 years. Watching your journey of self-empowerment, wisdom, growth and becoming has been a beautiful thing.

🌕 August’s Sturgeon Full Moon 🌕

The Sturgeon Moon rises in Pisces on August 28th, bringing up with it that deep, watery Pisces energy of intuition, emotion, dreams and the things we’ve been keeping beneath the surface. With the eclipse energy surrounding this moon, she may feel a little heavier than your average Full Moon. Old emotions could be surfacing. Truths may become harder to ignore. Things we thought we were finished dealing with might knock on your door one more time.

This isn’t necessarily a moon for calling more in. It can be a moon for letting go. So get ready, light a candle, it’s going to be a good time to take a spiritually cleansing bath, then sit somewhere quiet. Write down what has become too heavy to keep carrying and give yourself permission to release it. It’s time.
