Greensboro Dance & Drama Therapy I offer counseling services with expressive art therapy, substance abuse and truama. Angela works with children, teens, adults and families.

Please follow me, friend requests will not be accepted as accordance with my ethical standards. She is one of a few therapists specializing in working with
young children (ages 2-6) that have experienced trauma and abuse.

Angela can help with:
-Substance Abuse
-Coping with stress and depression
-Stress in the family
-Anger problems
-Behavioral problems at home and school
-Children "Acting Out"

-Coping with trauma associated with divorce, physical abuse, and sexual abuse
-Eating disorders
-Developmental and physical limitations
-Attachment problems
-Coping with new situations and change

I use dance therapy and drama therapy in all of my work. In each session we "move" instead of “sit” giving the individual the chance to express feelings and emotions though their body. My goals in therapy are to provide dance therapy, drama therapy, addiction counseling and verbal therapy to children, teens, adults and families to help them foster increased body awareness, sense of self and to experience emotional healing of trauma and daily struggles. Angela is currently accepting new referrals for individual, group and family counseling in the Greensboro, NC area.

I am accepting new clients at this time-if you or someone you know needs therapy I am available. I accept a wide variety of insurances and I offer a FREE 15 min session to ensure that we would be the right fit for one another!! I also have a special summer group session once a week on Tuesday online from 12-1230pm...please call to register and get more information. The groups and the topics change from week to week and you get to express yourself in creative ways. You will share in a safe environment and all ages are welcome!! Families are encouraged to come together!!

Lastly, I have a training workshop happening on July 11, 2026 from 11am-3pm where you can learn the therapeutic uses of hula hoops AND make one of your own!! Cost is $100 and additional ones can be made at a cost-call me for discounted pricing!!
