What is CAP/DA? For many families, it may offer a way to help a loved one remain safely at home. 🏡

The Community Alternatives Program for Disabled Adults (CAP/DA) is an NC Medicaid program that may help eligible adults age 18 and older receive approved services and coordinated support at home instead of moving into a nursing facility.

At Touched By Angels, our CAP/DA Case Management team works closely with participants, families, and providers to coordinate services and provide individualized, ongoing support throughout the process.
