๐Ÿ“š Back-to-School Stress Awareness
As students head back to school, it's important to remember that the transition can bring excitement, but it can also bring stress and anxiety for children and teens.

Signs of stress may include:
โœ… Changes in mood or behavior
โœ… Difficulty sleeping
โœ… Increased irritability or worry
โœ… Avoiding school or social activities
โœ… Changes in appetite or concentration

Early support can make a big difference. By recognizing the signs and creating open conversations, families can help children feel supported as they adjust to new routines, expectations, and challenges.

If your child or teen is struggling with stress, anxiety, or other mental health concerns, Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services is here to help. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate care and support for young people and their families.

Back to school is right around the corner... and so is stress. ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ˜Ÿ

Between new schedules, homework, social pressures, and the rush of getting back into routine, this time of year can feel overwhelming for students and families alike.

Remember, it's okay to take things one step at a time. Prioritizing mental health is just as important as preparing backpacks and school supplies. Small moments of self-care, open conversations, and realistic expectations can make a big difference.
