Effective July 1, 2016, CenterPoint Human Services will become a part of Cardinal Innovations Healthcare.This means Cardinal Innovations will begin managing the 1915(b)(c) waiver services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health conditions or substance use disorders in Davie, Forsyth, Rockingham and Stokes counties on July 1, 2016.
