✨ Saturday Spotlight: Meet Lisa! ✨

Lisa is one of our clinical assistants, but honestly… she does EVERYTHING at PremierMED!

She helps our patients, takes care of referrals, schedules and reschedules appointments, calls doctors’ offices, helps with the optical… basically, if something needs to be done, Lisa is probably already taking care of it! 😂

She is hardworking, caring, always ready to help, and somehow knows everything that is happening in the clinic.

At this point, we’re pretty sure PremierMED runs because of Lisa. 😂💙

She is a huge part of our team, and we truly don’t know what we would do without her!

This Saturday is all about our amazing Diana! 💙

Diana is one of the beautiful faces welcoming you at PremierMED Ophthalmology! She is originally from Guyana, and we are so lucky to have her with us!

She is sweet, caring, hardworking, and always ready to help. She makes everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door, and somehow she can handle everything happening at the front desk while still keeping a smile on her face! 😂

We truly don’t know what we would do without her! 💙

If you’ve been to PremierMED, there’s a good chance Diana has already made your day a little better!

✨ Saturday Spotlight: Dr. Mike & Delia! ✨

Starting our Saturday Spotlight with two very special people at PremierMED Ophthalmology! 💙

Dr. Mike is an amazing ophthalmologist and an even better teacher. He is always teaching us something new, answering all our questions, sharing his knowledge… and of course, keeping us entertained with his jokes. We are very lucky to learn from him every day!

And Delia is truly amazing! She started medical school at only 16 years old and became an ophthalmologist in Uzbekistan before coming to the US. She is extremely smart, sweet, kind, and always ready to help. It’s impossible not to love Delia! 💙

We are so lucky to have both of them on our team!

Every Saturday, we’ll introduce someone from our PremierMED family so you can get to know the amazing people behind your eye care. 👁️

Congratulations to Gabriel, Ava, and Olive on completing their Summer Internship at PremierMED Ophthalmology!

It has been such a privilege to have Gabriel, Ava, and Olive with us this summer. Each of them brought incredible enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine passion for learning that made a lasting impression on our entire team.

Whenever Dr. Mike challenged them with a question, they were ready with the answer. Their ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply new concepts was truly amazing.

We are especially excited to see what the future holds for each of them. Ava is beginning her senior year at West Orange High School, while Gabriel starts his journey as a Freshman at the University of Central Florida, and Olive as a Freshman at the University of Florida. We know they will continue to achieve amazing things.

Thank you, Gabriel, Ava, and Olive, for being such an important part of the PremierMED family this summer. Watching your growth has been a true pleasure, and we wish you all the very best in this exciting next chapter.

✨ Throwback to a great evening with our PremierMED Ophthalmology family!

Back on June 12, 2026, our team enjoyed spending the evening together at the Flamingo Crossings Monthly Market.

It was a fun night filled with local vendors, good food, live music, and, most importantly, quality time outside the office. We love opportunities like these to connect as a team and support our local community.

Today at PremierMED Ophthalmology, we had our first full day of performing Direct Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (DSLT) treatments!

We’re proud to be the first practice in the Orlando area to offer this innovative laser treatment, performed by Dr. Michael Imler, MD.

DSLT is a non-invasive laser treatment used to lower eye pressure in patients with open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. By improving the eye’s natural drainage system, it helps reduce intraocular pressure and protect vision with a quick, comfortable procedure.

A special thank you to Alcon for helping make this milestone possible. We’re grateful to bring this innovative technology to our community and continue advancing the care we provide to our patients.
