📣 Bittersweet announcement: After being 50% of the team for these last 2 years, Dr. Holli has treated her last Bespoke PT Client.

🏆 Holli’s husband was awarded a very desirable promotion, for a position that is located in Washington DC. Although I am of course hoping an even bigger promotion brings them back to Central Florida in the near future, Holli and her family are already feeling at home in DC, and I couldn’t be happier for her.

👯‍♀️ I’m so grateful to have had Holli as a colleague and friend for many years, and have no doubt she will continue to excel as a wife, mom, athlete, and physical therapist in our nation’s capital.

🪡 Every surgery is different and so is every recovery.

Why choose Bespoke for your prehab and rehab?
🤝 One on one sessions with the same doctor of physical therapy every visit (no techs, aids, or assistants)
🤝 Heavy focus on highly skilled, hands-on, manual physical therapy when needed (which is before and after most surgeries!)
🤝 Targeted exercises with close supervision: take out the guesswork and know you are completing movements correctly

➡️ If you’ve found yourself in a busy clinic, where you feel like you’re getting lost in the shuffle, you are absolutely allowed to transfer your care elsewhere (it actually happens all the time!).

☀️ Fun fact: Referrals and prescriptions for medical care can be used with any clinician at any facility. For example, if you have surgery at “Sunshine State Hospital,” they’ll probably give you a referral with “Sunshine State Physical Therapy” written at the top, BUT you can use that referral for any physical therapist you choose.
