Just a quick PSA 🫶🏻

If you are “under the weather” 🤧 🤒 it is best to reschedule your massage. Not only is it contraindicated for massage while sick, you can expose your therapist and others. Then it’s a snowball effect. It’s understandable that massage when your body aches, feels good. However it may have an adverse effect causing symptoms to feel worse.

Also, as your LMT, if I am “under the weather” then I cannot offer my best work, and you deserve my absolute best. 🫶🏻
