Sara is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of healthcare experience. Her approach combines evidence-based medicine with functional and integrative principles to look beyond isolated symptoms and better understand the factors affecting each patient’s health and quality of life.

Her special interests include:
