Massage has been a big part of my life since I was a teenager having trouble functioning & it’s been such a joy to be able to share its wonderful benefits with people of all walks of life! Whether it be introducing it to a new born to help with development, coming alongside a loved one in hospice to bring comfort, or anywhere in between… I have experienced the ins and outs of massage therapy as the beautiful healing gift that it is and continue to be blown away by new places of healing unlocked by this means of touch.

Massage really is for every body & I’m excited to join in with Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals this month to celebrate and share this wonderful tool. During the week of July 19th - 25th, each person who comes in for a session will leave with a 60 minute gift certificate to pass along to someone who could benefit. This is your official invite to be apart and celebrate the interweaving of healing touch and community connection! I’m so excited! 🤩

I’ve been in this space since 2021 and I still get excited walking in. These blooms in the parking lot are a beautiful reminder of the renewal that takes place here, including my own. It’s truly been a sanctuary and I hope the same for all who enter. ⛪️

The work here at .us happens in-studio and feels sacred to me. Though I don’t really share about the happenings inside the studio, I do like to use this platform as a way to connect and inspire hope through awareness. I often say “tension wants attention” and “be your own advocate”. Your body is your physical home that you carry with you and it’s the only one you’ve got. Knowing what you need in each season is truly a practice, but it’s a practice worth sticking with. Relationships take work, commitment and perseverance to flourish, and the relationship you have with yourself is no different. You are worth it and I’m grateful to every person who invites me to be apart of that journey. 🤲✨
