This Pride Month, we’re honored to share the stories behind Not Another Second, Watermark’s national cultural awareness exhibition created in collaboration with SAGE.

Through powerful interviews and portraits, LGBTQ+ older adults reflect on the years they lost hiding who they were and the courage it took to live authentically. Their stories are filled with resilience, humanity, hope, and a reminder of the importance of belonging at every age.

Today, we’re spotlighting Nick, whose story reminds us why visibility, acceptance, and connection matter so deeply. Because everyone deserves to live fully as themselves. 🌈

Today's Caregiver Appreciation Week dress-up theme was Team Spirit Day!
Not quite the kind of team spirit you might be thinking of—today was all about representing favorite sports teams. From football and baseball to basketball and beyond, we saw a great variety of teams proudly represented throughout the community.
Most importantly, it looked like everyone was having a fantastic time showing off their team pride and sharing plenty of smiles along the way. Thank you to our amazing caregivers for joining in the fun and making this week so special! 🏈⚾🏀
