✔ Grab a water + protein/granola bar before we head out
Men are more likely to skip regular checkups and often wait longer to seek care, which can lead to more serious health issues down the road. Walking just 30 minutes a day can help lower blood pressure, improve heart health, boost mood, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease.
This walk is a simple reminder that small steps make a big difference, for men and for everyone. Bring a friend, coworker, or just yourself - everyone is welcome. It’s an easy way to step away from your day and do something good for your health.
