As an alternative and holistic health practitioner offering yoga, sound healing, spiritual readings, and ceremonial wellness experiences, Imani creates intentional opportunities for healing, grounding, and reconnecting with self.

She’ll be guiding our mamas through an uplifting wellness experience designed to help you pause, breathe, release, and pour back into yourself.

🤸🏾‍♀️ Teen Yoga (ages 12-17): Teen Yoga is intended to be a safe space for your teen to increase their flexibility, improve their strength, and have fun while challenging themselves. They will learn and practice skills such as the splits, headstands/handstands, and other various yoga poses. All skill levels are welcome!

🧑🏾‍🩰Adult Flex and Flow: This class is for those who want have fun and increase their bendiness! ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME! In this class we prioritize a slower flow to allow your body to safely open, surrender, and deepen each stretch. We will learn and practice skills such as the splits, back bends, and other various yoga poses that will increase your flexibility.

WHEW, what a weekend! Between the drum circle I facilitated at Riverbend Nature Center, the connections I made and maintained at Black Girl Fest, and the instructor Glow and Flow party I attended at Creation's Wellness, my gas hand and I are TIRED 😅
Having such a full schedule can be a lot on the body, but it always leaves my spirit so full of love and joy. 🫶🏾✨️🧘🏾‍♀️💚
