To my valued clients and community,
I want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who has supported North Country Massage Therapy over the years.
I also want to acknowledge that over the past year and a half, I have not been as consistent or available as I have always strived to be. During that time, I faced significant personal, family, and health challenges while also working through the relocation of my massage practice. These circumstances affected my ability to operate at the level my clients deserved, and for that, I sincerely apologize.
I understand that some clients experienced appointment changes, rescheduling, and disruptions that were frustrating and inconvenient. I take full responsibility for that and appreciate the patience, understanding, and grace many of you extended during one of the most difficult periods of mine and my family’s lives. I needed to be there for myself and my family before trying to help others.
I want to personally apologize for the delays and scheduling issues anyone has experienced. I understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. As a small business owner, the past year and a half has presented significant personal, health, and business challenges that have affected my ability to operate consistently.
Please know that I have not forgotten about my commitment to you. I am actively working to resolve any commitments as my business recovers. Thank you for your understanding, and I truly appreciate your patience during this difficult time.
Today, I am excited to share that North Country Massage Therapy has been relocated to a dedicated treatment space in my home starting Monday, July 20, 2026.This new setting provides a comfortable, peaceful, and professional environment where I can focus on providing the quality therapeutic care my clients have come to expect.
