Cold therapy has long been known to reduce swelling, speed up the healing process & alleviate pain and inflammation. Bringing down the temperature of muscles and ligaments after a work out, can prevent soreness & speed healing of minor tears or injuries that may have occured, avoiding a costly injury. Within 15 minutes of treatment all lactic acid is removed from the muscles avoiding any body sore

ness from setting in and preparing the horse for its next work out or competition. In short the whole body treatment is able to accommodate the entire body and treat areas that are not treatable with other modalities. The Eqine Cryotherapy Cabin treats the entire body!! It accomplishes the same results as the saltwater spa, magnawave, beamer, PEMF, Massage, theraplate - all in a 5 min session!! All lower limbs, back, shoulders, SI, neck, hamstrings, stifles.....removes lactic acid from all muscles within 15 minutes of leaving the cabin, flushes inflammation from the entire body, detoxes their system, regenerates the nervous system, boosts immune system and prepares the horse immediately for consecutive exercise/competition

These sessions can be done immediately before saddling/showing. No wait times after treatment and they have continuous benefit for 24 hrs. For 1st timers using the therapy at a show we suggest having your horse treated upon arrival. The horse has been training hard preparing for the show and often endures a long trailer ride to get there. A session in the cryo cabin will completely regenerate them and have them ready to perform at their highest ability. We will then discuss a program that will be best suited for each individual horses needs based on their show schedule and any issues they may have. For horses that need treatment for rehab, injuries, system resets or illness, we suggest 3 consecutive treatments, 3 days in a row.
