👐 You don't need to be a doctor to save a life — you just need to know these 3 steps.

Hands-Only CPR is simple, powerful, and anyone can do it.

Here's what to do if you see someone suddenly collapse:

1️⃣ Call 911 — or yell for someone nearby to call while you act

2️⃣ Push hard and fast — place both hands in the center of the chest and compress at least 2 inches deep, 100–120 beats per minute (think: to the beat of Stayin' Alive by the Bee Gees 🎵)

3️⃣ Don't stop — keep going until emergency responders arrive

Every second counts. Cardiac arrest can happen to anyone — a stranger, a coworker, a family member. The person in front of you doesn't need a hero. They need you to act.

Wicked Safety Training is offering Private Swim Lessons this Summer! You provide the pool, we provide the peace of mind.

Children under 5 years old are at the highest risk for pool drownings, accounting for nearly 50% of all incidents in the U.S., with toddlers ages 1-4 being the most vulnerable. But it doesn't stop there, people of all ages are at risk of drowning because they don't have the proper training.
