Beijing Dump 🇨🇳

Use this drill to hit harder.

This is the 6kg Torsion Stick from Ausfit. Helps with hip and shoulder sequencing for a well integrated arm swing.

Work up to a higher weight until your shoulder muscles can handle the load.

Really liking these Torsion Bars from Ausfit. Really loosened up the shoulders and helped with the sequencing for a powerful arm swing. Also the added benefit of deceleration gave a nice soreness the next day.

The first one is 4kg and the second red one is 6kg.

Working on MB closing late without the wear and tear of jumping gives you extra focus on what the hands are doing.

You want to get pressed into the seam and over the net.
