**Update: There will be no meditation class this Wednesday, April 5th. We will be resuming next Wednesday April 12th, with a new starting time of 6:30pm. Cost is $10 a class, and for all levels, from beginners and beyond- we’d love to see you there!! ✨

Here at Lakeshore Wellness, we would like to remind the community of our weekly meditation class! With attendance steadily growing, the benefits of this welcoming and enlightening weekly class speak for themselves!!

Did you know scientifically proven benefits of meditation include….

✨Soothing the nervous system by naturally boosting the ‘good’ brain chemicals that help us maintain a sense of calmness can decrease depression and anxiety. In addition, new pathways in our brain that lean towards peace and calm are created, thus changing how we view and behave daily.
✨A deep sense of understanding oneself is fostered through meditation as well. It helps us access the subconscious power of our minds. As a result, one will connect with themselves, and their life will deepen.

If you seek a sense of connection and want to take time out for self-care, we encourage you to try this class!

New workshop coming soon! Chakra Workshop-A Path to Balance with Jessica Caves! ☀️✨

This consecutive 7 week workshop will give an approachable understanding of the 7 main chakras in our bodies, and how this knowledge can be of benefit for anyone.

Topics covered include:

• What a chakra energy center is
• What properties chakras have
• How the flow of energy (or lack thereof) in a chakra affects an individual
• Which physical/mental/emotional attributes are associated with each chakra
• How to utilize the knowledge of chakra centers to better facilitate self healing
• Which colors and tones are representative of each specific of the 7 main chakras.

There will be a guided meditation focused on the specific chakra being focused on each week, which gives students an experiential understanding of how the attention to and care of this energy system will enhance their overall wellbeing. Upon the completion of this workshop series, students will have acquired a deeper understanding of themselves, through the knowledge gained of our chakra system✨

Cost: $150.00 for entire 7 week series, to be paid in full first class of workshop.

🗓Dates: July 19, July 26, August 2, August 9, August 16, August 23, and August 30. Classes are 90 minutes each.
