There are days that remind me just how fortunate we are. As much as we care for our clients, our clients care for us.

On Friday, an important piece of equipment broke. One of our clients happened to stop by, took it home, repaired it, and brought it back working even better than before.

Then today, I was dealing with a frustrating computer glitch that was preventing us from continuing to provide care for our veterans. Right as I started with a client, I saw the phone call I'd been waiting for—the one that could finally solve the problem. Without hesitation, my client smiled and said, "No problem. Go ahead and take it."

These may seem like small moments, but they mean everything to a small business like ours.
It truly takes a village. We are incredibly grateful for every client who supports us, encourages us, and reminds us that what we've built is so much more than a business—it's a community.
