I had a client mid 50’s couldn’t get down and cross their legs (indian style we called when little or cross cross apple sauce ) anyways 80 mins later and they got down and crossed their legs ! They cried , I cried it was amazing . It’s more than just “stretching” it’s deep compression work slowly working the body .

Make your apts . I have flexibility for mornings , early evenings and Saturdays !

First , if you haven’t liked my page please do so . Word of mouth and sharing is everything.

2025 is the year of healing . Trauma , PTSD , physical and emotional or just your body has been through the ringer and needs some healing . As always deep therapeutic work is available but let’s deepen ourselves this year . Healing sessions can be 90 mins to 2 hours . This year I’m exited to be bringing back Thai yoga massage .yay ! Also much kneaded is adding lymphatic massage , EFT technique (woohoo ) and a few other amazing modalities . A healing session is for all BODIES , ALL TYPES OF HEALING and aromatherapy may be added unless instructed otherwise . During a healing session I will combine a few therapies between massage , Cranio , fascial release and just energetic practices . These can be emotional , tiring or even a feeling of being energized when clearing all things ! This will not get rid of it all , it will not just make you feel better permanently cause we are all a work in progress but it will feel amazing however you respond . Add ons available this year . Lymphatic for face and neck , scalp massage , and aromatherpy.

My kitchen and floors and bathrooms are not only beautifully clean and no residue or streaks left but cleaned 💯 natural with thieves cleaner !! I use the household cleaner add a little lemon and ahhhhhh soo good . I use only young living for emotional and physical healing in massage sessions aromatherapy does wonder but if you’re not using young living and bettering your household what are you really doing with your life 😉 lol I place orders monthly and I’d love to chat more about daily use of oils for cleaning , calming and helping with sickness can help your families ! Message me and let’s change those chemicals and start using safer options for you !

I still have a couple openings this week and next week to fill for massage 🙂 Come relax , get stretched , deep therapy work or some emotional clearing and aromatherapy 🙂 either way just get on the table ! I’ve had some amazing intuitive and emotional work this week and I’m happy to be doing they again . I’ve worked on a few people with some trauma that did beautifully during their sessions . Trauma work is hard but each time you feel lighter and lighter . Lots of trust and being comfortable with me , and I work really hard at that !
