Methylation is happening in your body billions of times every single second, yet most people have never heard of it.
Think of methylation as your body's cellular switchboard or communication system. It's a natural biochemical process that adds tiny molecules called methyl groups to different substances throughout the body. Although these changes are microscopic, they have a huge impact on how your body functions.
