His dedication and experience continue to make a meaningful contribution to our team. When asked what he enjoys most about working at Grato Holdings, Gary shared that it’s the people he gets to work with. Gary resides in Harlan, Iowa, with his wife, Vicky, and daughter, Whitney. Grato Holdings is proud to celebrate Mike Taylor’s 9-year anniversary with the company on August 21. Mike serves as the Vice President of Branded Sales and Marketing. When asked what he enjoys most about his current role, Mike shared that it’s the people, from administration to each and every employee throughout the company. He also considers the company’s spagyric, herbal, and homeopathic opportunities among his favorite projects. Mike resides in Woodland Hills, Utah, with his wife, Bonnie. Together, they have nine children (their spouses), 31 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, with two more great-grandchildren on the way! In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exploring the outdoors, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, as well as enjoying good food. Thank you, Mike, for 9-years of dedication, leadership, and everything you do for Grato Holdings. We truly appreciate you!

When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Oscar shared that he enjoys working with his teammates and being part of a strong team. He also enjoys getting involved in various projects and finding ways to help the company grow and improve. Oscar lives in Oakwood, Georgia, with his wife, Blanca, and their three children, Raymando, Maggie, and Miguel. In his free time, Oscar enjoys going to the gym, reading, and shopping. Please join us in celebrating Ronda’s 32-year anniversary with Grato Holdings on June 20. Ronda serves as the Sales and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Manager and has been a valued part of the Grato Holdings team for more than three decades. She shares that one of the things she cherishes most throughout her career is the friendships she has built with her co-workers and the teams she has had the privilege to work alongside. Ronda resides in Woodbine, Iowa with her husband, Gene, and their three sons, Jason, Josh, and Jeremy. She is also the proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren: 6 boys and 6 girls, ranging in age from 12 to 22 years old. Outside of work, Ronda enjoys gardening, growing flowers, decorating for various holidays, and most importantly, spending quality time with her family.
