Congratulations to our 2026 STAR Nominee, Sam! 💫

The STAR Awards are an annual event hosted by CSM, our management company. Over a dozen of our sister communities attend, each nominating one employee who best represents our mission to serve seniors with respect and compassion.

Sam—our amazing Life Enrichment Coordinator—was nominated by the Potomac Place leadership team as this year’s nominee, and we couldn’t be prouder! More than just an employee, Sam is a stellar co-worker, an enthusiastic cheerleader, and a loyal friend. She is a pure ray of sunshine, lighting up our days and spreading joy wherever she goes.

Thank you, Sam, for all you do every day! 👏🏻 💛
