🎉 Today, New Start Groups celebrates 4 years!

Four years ago, we set out with a simple mission, which was to make mental wellness more accessible and to create a welcoming space where people could learn, grow, connect, and heal.

We couldn't have reached this milestone without our incredible volunteers, supporters, and everyone who has attended a workshop, fundraiser, shared a post, donated, or encouraged our mission along the way. Every act of support has helped us continue reducing barriers to wellness in our community.

Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your journey. We're excited for what's ahead and look forward to growing, reaching more people, and continuing to make whole wellness accessible for years to come.
