2026 Golf Tournament was a blast
Residents of Cascade Park were practicing for the putting tournament we held on August 31st. Nine teams in total putted one-foot, three-foot, and six-foot putts. We had a tiebreaker for 1st place, and they putted the eight-foot putt to break the tie. The top three teams were awarded medals: 1st place Gold, 2nd place Silver, and 3rd place Bronze. Team 7 took first place—way to go, Rosemary and Lee! Team 2 took second place—way to go, Sharon and Ron! Kate and Chuck took third place—way to go, Kate and Chuck! In addition to the medal, each winning team picked a prize. Karen J. won the raffle basket. We had party favors for all who attended. Our amazing dining crew cut up fresh watermelon and baked us some delicious cookies. Our resident volunteer checked in each team and handed out the raffle tickets—thank you, Sara. Also, shout out to the maintenance crew who set up the chairs, tent, and tables. It was a team effort, and the event was a lot of fun! Stay tuned for our next event!
