🥁 Cardio drumming is bringing energy, movement, and connection to Excel at Woodbury!

In this special community interview, Valerie and Maureen share what makes cardio drumming such a meaningful part of life at Excel at Woodbury. From the music and movement to the friendships and connections created during each class, this program has become a favorite among participants.

Led by Ken and Kristin from Excel at Woodbury, cardio drumming combines exercise, rhythm, and fun while helping residents and members of the Nassau County community stay active, engaged, and connected.

Beyond Excel, Ken and Kristin also bring this unique program to other community groups throughout Nassau County.

We’re also incredibly proud to celebrate Valerie, who was recently honored as the Town of Huntington’s Outstanding Senior Citizen of the Year, a well-deserved recognition from a community partner we’re proud to work with.

A thoughtful surprise from Mary’s family that meant so much to our team.

As Mary returned home after her rehabilitation journey at Excel at Woodbury, her family treated our staff to lunch as a heartfelt thank-you for the care and support she received throughout her stay.
