1 Corinthians 12:12–14 reminds us that while we may all look different, think differently, and carry different gifts, every one of us has a place and a purpose in the body of Christ.

God can use our differences for His greater purpose. We matter. We need each other. And when we work together, we reflect His glory. ❤️

There’s something special about having a space set apart to meet with the Lord. 🤍

Our ladies now have a beautiful new prayer room, lovingly decorated by our service recipients and filled with artwork they’ve created themselves. More than just a room, it’s becoming a place to pray, seek God, reflect on His Word, and experience His presence.

“Devote yourselves to prayer…” — Colossians 4:2

We’re grateful to see spaces like this become part of the healing and restoration happening at S2L. 🙏

Did you know you have spiritual gifts? That’s right, you’re not a neutral player in the body of Christ.

“We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.” Romans 12:6-7
