Have you ever heard the saying lead from the front? It means taking an active role in what you're directing others to do. This is exactly what our Lissa does. Not just in her own company but in the organizations that she becomes involved in. The amount of time that she has put into her roles in the cfda for the last handful of years will benefit the entire organization and all the funeral directors in the state for years to come. All while still running her local businesses, being a mom, a wife, a friend, and a mentor to many others. Our industry is a hard industry to be in, it can be heartbreaking and exhausting and Lissa has done it with grace and compassion. We're so proud to be able to have her as our leader.
