🌟 Staff Spotlight: Jamie🌟
Jamie has been a nurse at Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery for 12 years. She has worked in the medical field for 20 years. Jamie has had the privilege of being a part of an amazing team while continuing her passion for caring for others.
Outside of work you will likely find Jamie spending time with family and friend, traveling to new places, or trying new foods. She also has a lovely daughter who is halfway through graduate school to become a veterinarian.
Beyond her expertise, her peers highlight her as dependable, knowledgeable, and someone they can always count on for support. She is consistently willing to answer questions, offer guidance, and step in wherever she is needed, no matter how busy her day may be. Colleagues admire her patience and willingness to teach, taking the time to ensure others feel confident and supported in their roles.

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Erin🌟
Erin graduated as a Certified Medical Assistant from Century College in 2016 and has spent the past 10 years working in the ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery specialties. She joined Midwest ENT in 2021 and has had the opportunity to work in several roles within the organization, Starting a s a Clinical Assistant, Surgery Scheduler, and now Clinical Supervisor for the Vadnais Heights Clinic.

Beyond her expertise, her peers describe her as consistently positive, approachable, and always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. She brings a warm, uplifting energy to every clinic she works in, greeting others with a smile and fostering a supportive environment. Team members appreciate that she is always willing to answer questions and share her knowledge; if she doesn’t have an immediate answer, she takes the initiative to find one and promptly follows up. Through her guidance, encouragement, and expertise, she has helped many colleagues grow professionally and feel more confident in their roles. Her impact on the team is deeply valued and sincerely appreciated.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hiking Minnesota trails, fishing , camping with family, and spending time with her two dogs. She strives to incorporate Midwest ENT's values both in and out of the workplace, with owning your outlook being a particular favorite as Erin believes that maintaining a positive perspective and supporting others can make a meaningful difference in both her personal and professional life.

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Allison🌟
Allison has been with Midwest for 3 ½ years!
Beyond her expertise, her peers highlight her for consistently going above and beyond to provide exceptional patient care and support. She is known for her kind, friendly demeanor and her ability to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for both patients and staff. Allison is highly knowledgeable, always willing to help, and works hard to ensure patients receive everything they need. Even while training multiple team members at once, she still makes time to connect with patients, joke with them, and make their experience memorable. Patients often remember Allison by name and look forward to speaking with her on the phone or seeing her in person. Her joyful energy, problem-solving skills, and dedication to excellent care make her an invaluable part of the Facial Plastics team.

Outside of work, Allison loves baking, going on walks, reading, and building LEGO sets (she has built 16 sets so far, but the Trevi Fountain and the Twilight House are her favorites). She enjoys spending as much time as possible with her friends, niece, and nephews. You can find Allison unwinding by watching Bravo reality TV or listening to her perfectly curated music playlists!

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Dr. Knoedler🌟
Dr. Knoedler has been working for Midwest since October 2021. She went to medical school at the University of Vermont, and then did an internal medicine residency at Georgetown, and then an Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at the University of Virginia.

Beyond her expertise, her peers highlight her for her kindness, respect, and genuine care for every member of the team, and her patience creates an environment where they feel appreciated. Her ability to treat staff with the same compassion she shows patients inspires staff daily. She makes the workplace a fun and positive environment. Dr. Knoedler’s empathy and professionalism set a standard that staff are proud to work with. Her patients tell us how she takes her time and answers their questions. She’s a wonderful doctor!

Outside of work, Dr. Knoedler enjoys spending time with family and driving her kids all over the metro to the numerous hockey, wrestling, soccer, and lacrosse practices. She is a lover of all things Costco and loves home DIY projects, but does not have time for them. She recently did a bathroom remodel on her own and can confidently say that if the internet says something is an afternoon project, it will take no less than 4 months and 10+ trips to the hardware store!

Exciting news! Midwest ENT’s new Lakeville clinic has been named as a finalist in the medical property category of RE Journals Real Estate Awards!

This 14,000 SF, single-tenant development opened in April 2025 after just 10 months of construction, bringing ENT, Allergy, Facial Plastics, and Medical Spa specialties to the growing south metro community. The project exemplifies Davis' strategic approach to healthcare real estate—from securing prime site access through creative problem-solving to delivering a custom-designed medical outpatient building that optimizes both patient flow and staff performance.
