Center has provided care to those needing short term rehabilitation or long term care since 1972. Located on the North Shore near the Nassau/Suffolk Border, White Oaks is situated on 11 acres of serene and picturesque grounds. Our 72 private and 64 semi-private two resident rooms are spacious and comfortable and have private bathrooms.

And the walking doesn’t stop there! We’ll also be participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Eisenhower Park on Sunday, October 4th!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our Laugh for a Cause Comedy Club Fundraiser in support of Alzheimer's Awareness! Because of your generosity and support, we were able to raise money for an incredible cause while sharing an evening filled with laughter, community, and unforgettable memories.

A very special thank you to Governors Comedy Club for hosting us and helping make this event such a success. We are so grateful to everyone who attended, donated, and helped support our mission to raise awareness for those affected by Alzheimer's disease.

We also want to give a huge, heartfelt thank you to Paula from our Recreation Department for organizing this incredible event. Your dedication, hard work, and passion made this fundraiser possible, and we are so appreciative of everything you do for our residents and community!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our very first Sunset Sips & Socialize! 🌅🥂 What a beautiful evening filled with meaningful connections, delicious food and drinks, and wonderful company. A special thank you to Mike Dorio for providing the perfect soundtrack to the evening with his incredible live music. 🎶 We were also treated to a surprise guest performance by our Administrator, Rick Trento, which made the night even more memorable! ✨
