✨ Sometimes treating the eyelid alone isn’t the whole answer.
This patient underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty with an internal brow lift to address both excess upper eyelid skin and brow position.

Why combine the two? Because the brow and upper eyelid work together. Removing excess skin can create a more open appearance, while subtly supporting the brow can help improve overall balance without creating an overly lifted or surprised look.

Upper and lower blepharoplasty requires a careful assessment of the skin, fat, eyelid position, natural creases, and overall anatomy around the eyes.
