Dads carry a lot. They show up for their families, work hard, solve problems, and often put everyone else’s needs before their own.
This Men’s Mental Health Month, we want to remind fathers that your mental health matters too.
✔️ It’s okay to talk about stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed.
✔️ It’s okay to ask for help.
✔️ Taking care of yourself is not selfish—it’s an important part of taking care of your family.
Children benefit when they see the adults in their lives prioritizing emotional well-being, healthy coping skills, and self-care.
To all the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, and father figures: thank you for everything you do. We encourage you to check in with yourself the same way you check in with those you love.
