Some of the most important care happens quietly, in homes, one-on-one, with patients who rely on their nurses for everything from complex medical support to simply getting through the day safely and comfortably.

Our nurses build real relationships. They become part of families. They show up consistently, patiently, and with a level of care that goes far beyond the clinical.

It’s not always seen. It’s not always recognized.
But it changes lives every single day.

To our nurses—thank you for the work you do, the lives you impact, and the care you give so selflessly.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of visiting the nurses, aides, and residents at the Snohomish adult family home. From zooming around outside with a resident and Luna the dog to witnessing the remnants of a recent birthday celebration, the home exuded happiness and warmth. I extend my gratitude to the nurses and aides for graciously allowing me to spend some time with everyone. 😁
