We are thrilled to have Olga join our team! Olga is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship year at Dynamic Speech and Language Therapy under the direct supervision of Christy Bisconer M.S. CCC-SLP. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Portland State University. Olga is bilingual in English and Russian and enjoys supporting individuals and families who communicate across different languages and communication needs. Olga is committed to helping individuals build functional and meaningful communication skills that support success in everyday life. She values collaboration with families and caregivers and recognizes them as essential partners in the therapy process. Olga strives to provide individualized, engaging, and evidence-based therapy that supports meaningful progress.

Olga approaches therapy with curiosity and flexibility, tailoring sessions to each client’s unique strengths, interests, and functional communication goals. She prioritizes engagement and meaningful participation, incorporating strategies that support real-world communication across settings. With a bilingual background in English and Russian, Olga is mindful of supporting clear and accessible communication for individuals from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
