Thank you to the Department of Health Care Services for funding the Youth Opioid Response grant for the last 2 years. Today, September 30, this grant is sunsetting and the YOR program at CommuniCare is closing.

Journey HOME (Healing through Outpatient treatment and Maternal Education) is an outpatient program for women and children.
Journey HOME includes individual and group therapy along with parenting, relationships, trauma-recovery, and relapse prevention. No-cost childcare is also offered.
