POV: the boss goes on vacation and leaves the girls in charge… 😂🌴☀️⚾️

Apparently it didn’t take long before my office manager was calling like, “Come get your kids. …🤣

In all seriousness though — there is something pretty incredible about building a business and being able to step away and know that it’s in really, really good hands. 🤍

My nurses are absolutely KILLING it, our patients are being taken care of, the office is running, and somehow they’re even managing to have a little fun while doing it.

Turns out I have two problems:

1. I hired an amazing team that absolutely does NOT need me there to keep Elevate running.
2. I have not emotionally accepted this information. 🤣

The hardest part of owning a business isn’t building a team you trust…

it’s actually leaving them alone when you do. 😂🤍

Shoutout to my Elevate girls for holding down the fort while I work VERY hard on my delegation skills. ⚾️😎

Our FCA Lumberjacks 13U are officially headed to the Babe Ruth World Series in Jamestown, New York, and there’s only ONE WEEK LEFT to help us get them there! 🌲❤️

These young athletes have earned their spot through hard work, dedication, and countless hours on the field. Now it’s our turn to help them represent the Pacific Northwest on the national stage.
