🚨 Did you know? When someone goes into cardiac arrest, every second counts. Immediate chest compressions can double or triple a person's chances of survival.

👉 Step-by-Step for CPR:

Call 911 (or emergency services).
Place hands in the center of the chest.
Push hard and fast—at least 2 inches deep, at a rate of 100-120 compressions per minute.
Don’t stop until help arrives.
