Saturday:
- Sound Bath at 5 PM
- Sound & Sauna: Experience a sound bath followed by community sauna and bonfire with Bryn ( )

Sunday:
- Tea Master Class with Andrea from 10:30 AM to 12 PM
- Restorative Yoga at 5 PM

Sauna Hours:

Private & Community Sauna: Sunday to Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM (last entry at 6 PM) Except Saturday.

Saturday Social Sauna: 10 AM to 5 PM (last entry at 4 PM)

Schools across the country are beginning to crack down on screen usage by students during school hours, including a Wisconsin law designed last year to ban phones during instructional times
