After much thought and some incredibly hard decisions, we’ve made the difficult tough decision to close our doors, we want to focus on our family and making memories with our little one. Our decision is multifaceted. We notified our staff earlier this week, so some of you may have heard through the grapevine. We needed some time and space to get some affairs in order prior to officially announcing, so thank you for your understanding and patience.
We are beyond grateful for the incredible support from our community in such a short time— your kindness has meant the world to us. It’s a bittersweet moment, we loved serving the community and looking at our reviews you all loved 🩷 us too!!! Thank you again for all the love and support you’ve shown us. We will miss you all.
MEDICAL PATIENTS:
We are no longer seeing medical patients in the office, but our NPs will be sending in prescription refills for all of our established patients in the next week or so. We will be sending official closure notifications in the mail within the next week providing options to transfer care to other offices. If you have a specific office you would like your records sent to please stop by the office and fill out a release of records. We will also update you soon on where our NPs will transition, so if you choose, you can continue to follow our NPs for your care.
MEDICAL WEIGHT-LOSS PATIENTS:
We will be rounding down our program over the next few weeks and plan to provide injections/medications to finish out each patients round. We will be offering our existing medical weight loss patients the following dates to complete treatments:
Thursday March 13: 9-5p
Friday March 14: 9-5p
Thursday March 20: 9-5p
Friday March 21: 9-5p
Thursday March 27: 9-5p
Friday March 28: 9-5p

We are also referring all of our weight loss patients to Jamie at CSM Aesthetics in Front Royal! Don’t stress, she runs her program a little differently, medications ship so you will not have to visit her weekly in Front Royal. Lauren will be assisting in helping patients transition based on individual needs and preferences.
AESTHETIC PATIENTS:
We will be continuing our aesthetic treatments (Morpheus, Laser Hair Removal, etc) over the next few weeks. Jamie at CSM has also graciously agreed to accept our aesthetic patients, so if you have any remaining treatments, Lauren will be working with you to make that transition.
Again, thank you so much for welcoming us into the community. We really feel like we filled a gap for care that existed within the community and are sad to close our doors because we truly love 💗 our patients and community!
