One of the things I love most about the asana aspect of Yoga (the poses) is that it brings me into the present moment and helps me stay there. Noticing my breath and muscles is a sure way to keep my mind from ruminating, which maybe we all need in these trying times.

I am truly honored to be holding space here- the room is filled with a beautiful calming energy that you will physically feel the moment you step through the door.

PAY WHAT YOU CAN YOGA AT Eunoia Yoga & Wellness!!

Starting tonight my Yin Yoga class in Woodstock, CT will be pay what you can with a suggested payment of $10.

What does ‘pay what you can’ mean?

It means that if you only have $1 and want to take my class, you can come. It means if you usually pay $15 or $20 without thinking twice, you pay the suggested price, maybe even a little more if you feel compelled. It means that money is not barrier with the intention of making Yoga accessible to all.

Pay what you can is not a free class for all, but it is way to make studio classes open to all.

PLEASE NOTE: with limited space you must register in advance! Class starts at 6pm, booking will close at 5pm.
