Alicia Smootz, NP, will be leaving our practice to pursue a new opportunity that allows her to work closer to home. While we are sad to see her go, we are excited for her and grateful for the care, compassion, and dedication she has provided to our patients during her time with us. We wish her the best in this next chapter. 💙

As Alicia begins this transition, we are looking for a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team.
