This month's theme is all about **hydration**, and today's Cooking Club was a delicious success! 🥣🍍💜

Our residents made refreshing açaí smoothie bowls topped with dragon fruit, pineapple, and crunchy granola. Not only were they beautiful, but they were packed with hydration and flavor too! 😋

Everyone had so much fun creating their own bowls, and they were a big hit from the very first bite. Healthy can definitely be delicious! 💛

What a fun-filled day from start to finish! 💕🌺

This morning we celebrated Friendship Day, and it couldn't have been any sweeter. Each resident made a friendship bracelet and then exchanged it with another resident. 🥹 Watching everyone choose who they wanted to surprise with their bracelet was so heartwarming. It's amazing to see the friendships that have blossomed here.

This afternoon, our favorite guys from Knot Brothers Entertainment stopped by for their monthly performance, and as always, they rocked the house! 🎶💃 There was plenty of singing, dancing, clapping, and laughter. They always know how to put smiles on everyone's faces!

After all the fun, Ms. Diane helped me put out a few more decorations for our upcoming luau. 🌴😂 Let me tell you... she is already in vacation mode! She had her lei on, a tropical drink in her hand, and was acting like she was headed straight to Hawaii. I think she's more than ready for the party whenever it gets here!

Days like today are what it's all about—making memories, sharing laughs, and having fun together. 💙

Who knew Coca-Cola could make for such a fun day? 🥤❤️

Today was all about Coke! This morning, we learned how Coca-Cola got its start and shared some fun facts. It was amazing to see how many memories a simple bottle of Coke brought back for our residents!

This afternoon, we jumped on the "Dirty Soda" trend...and let me tell you, when I announced we were making dirty sodas, the room got VERY quiet! 😂 The residents had never heard of such a thing and gave me some pretty funny looks. Once I explained it was just Coca-Cola mixed with creamer, they were willing to give it a try.

After that first sip, the reactions were priceless! 🥹 "It tastes just like a Coke float!" was the favorite comment of the day. Before I knew it, everyone was smiling, laughing, and asking for another sip.

Trying new things together, sharing laughs, and making sweet memories—that's what it's all about. ❤️🥤

Nothing beats a good Cooking Club day! 🧀🌮 Today we made cheesy quesadillas and let me tell you... they were SO yummy! 😋

While I was busy flipping quesadillas on the griddle, our residents were keeping their minds active with a fun card matching game. It was the perfect combination of delicious food and brain-boosting fun!

Happy bellies, smiling faces, and lots of laughter—that's what makes days like today so special. ❤️

What a FUN way to kick off the week!! ☀️💙

A huge THANK YOU to Ms. Gretchen and her wonderful friends for stopping by yesterday and sketching portraits of some of our residents! Watching everyone light up as they saw their drawings was so heartwarming. Each sketch was unique and made for such a special keepsake!

And of course, a big shoutout to Amanda from Family Hospice for bringing snow cones for both our residents and staff! 🍧 They were the perfect sweet treat to beat this Georgia heat, and everyone loved them!

We are so thankful for our amazing community partners who are always finding ways to bring smiles, laughter, and a little extra joy to our days. It truly takes a village, and we are so grateful for ours! ❤️

This afternoon’s Cooking Club was beach-themed, and we had an absolute blast making “Sandy Beaches in a Cup!” 🏖️🌞🐚

We used crushed graham crackers for the “sand,” creamy banana pudding in the middle, Teddy Grahams relaxing on Airheads gummy towels, and topped each cup with tiny beach umbrellas. The residents even got to use adorable little shovel spoons to dig into their beachy dessert! 🏖️🥄🍌

It took a little while to put all the layers together, but it was so much fun from start to finish. There were lots of smiles, laughter, and sweet memories made along the way. Definitely a Beach Week treat to remember! 💙😊

Beach Week is still going strong around here! 🏖️☀️ Today our residents got creative by hand-painting seashell door hangers to add a little beachy touch to their rooms. 🐚🎨 Every shell was different, and we loved seeing everyone's personality shine through!

This has definitely been one busy Beach Week, but we wouldn't have it any other way! Between all the laughs, crafts, and fun, we've been making so many sweet memories together. Here's to soaking up every minute of Beach Week! 🌊💙
