Our team at Spring Life Counseling is very grateful for the opportunities we have had this year to walk alongside the courage, perseverance, healing, and growth of the individuals, couples, and families who have trusted us for their care. We’ll be at Woodstock City Church from 4–7 PM, connecting with local professionals, enjoying a Taste of Cherokee, and celebrating what makes our community thrive.

This event offers free admission, purposeful networking, and chances to win door prizes and giveaways, all in one lively gathering. Spring Life will be giving away a gift bag with tickets and all you need for an evening of connection for yourself and 3 of your favorite people on September 5th, as the Braves take on the Seattle Mariners.

Spring Life Counseling is excited to be offering two groups centered on neurodiversity this summer.

One group is for neurodivergent boys entering 6th and 7th grade. This group will be led by Hannah Fudge, Graduate Counseling Intern, and supervised by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist / Licensed Professional Counselor Jessica Richards.

Another group is for moms of neurodivergent children of any age. This group will be led by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist / Licensed Professional Counselor Jessica Richards.

Meet Hannah!

As a graduate intern, Hannah brings a compassionate, thoughtful approach to the work she does with clients. She believes that every person is unique and deserves care that reflects their individual story and identity.

Drawing from solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered approaches, Hannah tailors each session to meet her clients where they are and help them move toward where they want to be.

Hannah has a special interest in working with children, tweens, and teens, as well as supporting women through various life stages. She also works with clients navigating depression, anxiety, and those seeking pre-marital counseling.

Being in nature helps regulate our nervous system, reduce stress, and boost mood, while connection with loved ones gives us space to feel seen, heard, and supported.

Together, these moments create room for clarity, reflection, and emotional processing—often without needing to say a word. Healing doesn’t always happen in silence or solitude—sometimes it looks like a walk, a laugh, or just being present together.
