🌟 Join My Four-Week Anxiety Support Group for Young Wizards! 🌟
Hi, Playtime families!
I am excited to announce a special four-week anxiety support group designed specifically for children aged 8 to 10. This group will use my original Wizarding Worries Workbook, inspired by the magical world we all know and love, to help children understand and manage anxiety. I am so so excited for this - I’ve been waiting a whole year to offer it!
This curriculum focuses on:
Conceptualizing Anxiety: Helping your child identify and understand their feelings.
Cognitive Distortions: Recognizing common thought patterns that might be affecting their well-being.
Impact of Anxiety: Exploring how anxiety influences brain chemistry and social relationships.
Regulatory Skills: Equipping your child with effective coping strategies to manage their emotions.
Group Details:
When: Every Wednesday in July at 6 PM (July 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd)
Where: 1700 River Park Blvd, Suite 101, Woodstock, GA 30188
Cost: $75 per group + a one time $10 workbook fee (each workbook is professionally printed specifically for your child so they can take it with them to use long after group is completed!).
The group will end just before school starts so that way each child can enter the school year with the concepts still fresh on their brain!
Spots are limited to five children.
