NGAC celebrates Mental Health Awareness Month in May! It's so important to note that people with autism struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, ODD, and more. The Mental Health America's theme this year is to seek out what "good" days look like to each individual. For our kids, we look for small victories and celebrate all the "good days" to help them feel loved and encouraged no matter what!
