Let’s give a warm welcome to one of our new OTs, Tanaesja (aka T)!
🛝Tanaesja is a pediatric occupational therapist and founder of All of T LLC with experience supporting children across clinic, school, community, and home-based settings. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science before completing her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Throughout her clinical experience, she has developed a strong passion for working with children and families while supporting functional participation, sensory regulation, social-emotional development, and independence in everyday activities.
Tanaesja has experience working with children of various ages and diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, behavioral regulation difficulties, fine and gross motor delays, and neurological conditions. Her clinical approach emphasizes child-led engagement, sensory integration, emotional regulation, family collaboration, and functional skill development across environments. She particularly enjoys helping children improve attention, body awareness, coordination, social participation, executive functioning, and daily living skills through play-based and relationship-centered interventions.
In addition to direct therapy services, Tanaesja is passionate about family education, advocacy, and increasing access to early intervention and pediatric support services within underserved communities. She also enjoys creating educational content and resources for families and professionals related to sensory processing, autism, emotional regulation, and child development.
In her free time, Tanaesja enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, traveling, creating content, and exploring new community experiences and activities.
