After a year filled with hard work, bright smiles, and heartfelt dedication, our residents and staff would like to extend the biggest thank you to the incredible young adults and staff from Transition Academy for enriching the lives of our dear residents in so many meaningful ways.From laughter-filled moments to unforgettable memories, your kindness and servant hearts have brought so much joy into our community.
