Don’t let floaties fool you.

Water wings and puddle jumpers can make kids feel confident—but they’re not life-saving devices. And they don’t replace your eyes on the water. Always choose a Coast Guard-approved life jacket. Stay alert, stay close, and stay distraction-free.

Most kids with lead exposure look completely healthy. That’s why testing matters. A simple blood test at ages 1 and 2 can check for lead poisoning.

We share a lot with our mom friends. Add lead poisoning prevention to the chat because some parenting tips are too important not to share.
