Do you struggle to find healthy on-the-go snacks?

Here's a recipe we love, quickly put together and SUPER easy to grab and go, especially during these busy days ahead as kiddos go back to school!

✨No-Bake Protein Oat Balls ✨
Ingredients:
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
⅓ cup honey
½ cup vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2–3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
1–2 tablespoons milk, if needed for consistency

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir until well mixed. If the mixture is too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time.
Chill for 20–30 minutes.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.

Optional add-ins
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Chia seeds
Cinnamon
Dried cranberries or raisins
Chopped pecans or walnuts
White or dark chocolate chips
