If you've been around here for a bit, you already know pregnancy, pediatrics, and family chiropractic are my whole heart.

But here's the thing: I never wanted The Backstory Chiropractic to be just a place for adjustments. I want it to be a hub. A resource. A soft place to land and a starting point for every mom, dad, provider, and person out there looking for answers or simply wondering where to begin.

From trying to conceive, through pregnancy, and long into everything that comes after, the whole perinatal journey deserves a guide.

So I'm building one. 🤍

A McLennan County Motherhood Guide that houses local providers and the services they offer, plus a checklist, a list of questions to ask, and everything else I can think of that might help along the way. I'm also building an app to hold a digital version for easy searching, complete with an interactive "Build Your Village" questionnaire that looks at your needs, offers resources to match, and lets you save your people as you go.
I'm attaching my first draft so you can see where this is headed. It's just the beginning.

This has been the most exciting and fun thing, and I’m so honored to be a bigger and better part of neighborhood’s healthcare system.

I couldn't be more excited to announce that The Backstory Chiropractic is officially moving!

We have been so lucky to outgrow our space at the Med Spa, and we couldn't be more thankful to their team for giving us a chance to grow our small business. But we've done just that, outgrown our space!

Waco, you have been so kind 🥹 to us as we've started our chiropractic journey to help heal families by listening to your backstories and taking our time with each and every one of you as you heal.

Official opening date is Monday, August 3rd, 2026.
